چکیده

Abstract Background : To explore the correlations of cofilin1 (CFL1) and phosphorylation level locus serine residue at position 3 (Ser3) with sensitivity elderly patients non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) to radiotherapy. Methods A total 102 eligible treated from June 2013 April 2015 were selected. The cases complete remission partial included into radiotherapy-sensitive group (n=55), while those stable disease progressive enrolled radiotherapy-resistant (n=47). Before treatment, tissues collected detect expressions CFL1 (phospho S3) by immunohistochemistry. survival time rate recorded during follow-up. Results Compared group, had advanced tumor-node-metastasis (TNM) stage higher lymph node metastasis (P=0.000, 0.000). negative expression, positive expression TNM (P=0.013, in was than that whereas former lower Lymph metastasis, high low independent predictors for resistance radiotherapy (P=0.001, 0.006, 0.003). In long progression-free 5-year Conclusion NSCLC is correlated negatively positively Ser3. Ser3 are
